Mark & ​​Shark offers all its valued customers the Points Program, one of our company’s dedicated benefits. Points are awarded for every purchase, and these points can be redeemed later for credit deducted from the purchase value.

How to Use:

Points are automatically collected with every purchase and linked to the customer’s phone number. Points can be redeemed for a discount balance upon payment. For example, “Every purchase worth EGP 1,000 grants the customer 10,000 points, and 10,000 points can be redeemed for a EGP 75 discount.”

Terms of Use:

– Customers must have a minimum of 100,000 points to benefit from redeeming points for a discount balance.
100,000 points are equivalent to EGP 750.
– Points may only be collected or redeemed through the account linked to the registered phone number.
– The Points Program cannot be used during discount periods.
– More than one loyalty program item cannot be used at a time.
– Points expire 6 months from the date of arrival. 100,000 points.
– The company reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
